THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30375 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 20.06.2017 passed by the third respondent canceling the authorization of the petitioner, who is a fair price shop dealer of Shop No.10 of Peridepi Village, Kodepi Mandal in Prakasam District.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order was passed in violation of the orders of this Court and the circulars issued by the Department. Since there is a provision of appeal, which was already filed by the petitioner on 10.07.2017, appellate authority is directed to dispose of the said appeal, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner.
