ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction preferably one in the
nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not granting the Building Permissions to the Petitioners house sites situated at Boduppal Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in Sy.No.93P as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Section 127 of the Gram Panchayat Act and Building Bye Laws and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant the Building Construction Permission to the Petitioners herein as per law." Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that after filing of this writ petition, respondent No.2 has rejected the petitioners' application for building permission. He has, therefore, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his clients to avail a fresh legal remedy to question the rejection order.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.41695 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
