ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allotting Shop No.16 (Ground Floor) in the general category and convenient for the petitioner to eak out his livelihood as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article-21 of the constitution of India and consequently, to direct the

respondents to consider allotting shop No. 16 in the ground floor of Municipal Parking Complex, Abids, Hyderabad, which is vacant in the general category, to the petitioner."

Mr. S.Sriramachandra Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 01.02.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court, respondent No.1 has issued proceedings, vide No.163/EO/E2/GHMC/2016/360, dated 25.01.2016, allotting shop No.7A, Ground floor, MCH Parking Complex, Abids, Hyderabad, on a monthly rent of Rs.14,812/-, to the petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel requested for posting of the case "for withdrawal". At the hearing, Mr. S.Sriramachandra Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has reiterated the said request.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 12.8.2014, is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.28600, 48417, 48418 and 48419 of 2014 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
