HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.3798 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/A6 seeks regular bail in S.C.No.75 of 2017 (Cr.No.236 of 2014 of Tada PS) on the file of VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gudur, Nellore District wherein the accused allegedly committed offences under Sections 397, 363 IPC r/w 25 of Arms Act.

2) The previous bail application of this petitioner in Cr.P.No.14859 of 2016 was dismissed by this Court on 07.11.2016. Thereafter, the petitioner filed Crl.P.No.1300 of 2017 and the same was also dismissed on 23.02.2017 on the ground that there were no changed circumstances. While dismissing Crl.P.No.1300 of 2017, this Court directed the trial Court to decide the Sessions Case within six(6) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Now, the present petition is the third one in quick succession but without there being any changed circumstances in between to consider his bail application.

3) As there are no changed circumstances and a direction was already given to the trial Court to dispose of the matter, I see no merits to consider the bail application.

5) Accordingly, bail petition is dismissed.
