CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA.No.705 of 2005 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.705 of 2005 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This CMA arises out of order, dated 21.01.2004, in O.P.No.55 of 2001, on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Suryapet. At the hearing, there is no representation for the parties. A perusal of the record shows that after the matter was referred to the Mediator, she has filed a memo, dated 06.06.2016, wherein it is stated that as per her information, the appellant died and that the CMA has become infructuous.

In the light of the above fact, the CMA is dismissed as abated.
