This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not registering the documents presented by the petitioner Society in respect of their lands situated in Survey Nos.87/1/C and 88/C of Jangaon village and Mandal, Warangal district. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
