THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2936 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana).

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 31.01.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chandrayagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it is stated that the police have registered Cr.No.32/2018 under Sections 403, 406, 417, 384, 500 r/w 34 IPC on 30.01.2018. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
