Heard before admission and before notice to the 2nd respondent. 2.
In the revision case impugning the interim maintenance order of the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, in Crl.M.P.No.791 of 2018 in the pending M.C.No.44 of 2018 granting at Rs.5,000/- per month from the date of petition ie.., 10.01.2018 and undisputedly including from the present revision cause title respondent/wife is a house woman and he is a teacher. Leave about his contention of she is also working as a teacher in St. Joseph High School, Patancheru and earning Rs.35,000/- per month, for which there is no even scrap of paper he could file as observed in para 7 of the order of the lower Court. As the maintenance case is pending, there is nothing to interfere, but for to say neither this observation nor observations in awarding the interim maintenance by the lower Court shall not influence the mind of the learned Judge, Family Court, in deciding the exact quantum after appreciation of evidence to be let in M.C.No.44 of 2018 and time granted to pay arrears within three months from the date of receipt of the order in three equal monthly installments. 3.
With the above direction, the criminal revision case is disposed of.
