HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3378 of 2020 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he filed appeal in File No.1661 of 2015 before the 3rd respondent aggrieved by action of the 4th respondent in issuing pattadar passbook and title deed to the 6th respondent in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0-20 guntas in Sy.No.992 situated at Manthani Village and Mandal, Peddapalli District, without conducting enquiry or issuing notice to him and the same is pending. As the same is not being disposed of, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
