THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2848 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 05.02.2018, furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Hayathnagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents that after verification of the station records, police found that there was no complaint received from the petitioner herein. It is further stated that if the petitioner approaches the respondent police with any complaint afresh, they would take action as per law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to make a complaint afresh to the respondent police authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
