It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that pending writ petition police filed charge sheet and prayed this Court to close the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioners to question the charge sheet. In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is closed keeping it open for the petitioners herein to question the charge sheet, if they are advised to do so. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
