HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.Nos.32449 & 33730 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

The counsel for the petitioners and respondents in both the cases submit that the prayers in these writ petitions are covered by the orders of this Court dated 26.10.2016 in W.P.No.33304 of 2016. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 20.08.2016 and 29.01.2016 respectively made for grant of grace marks in accordance with the applicable guidelines/ regulations. Learned standing counsel submits that the University will do the needful within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and accordingly a decision on the representations referred to above shall be taken within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are given liberty to resubmit copies of the representations along with this order. The writ petitions are, accordingly, ordered in terms of the order dated 26.10.2016 in W.P.No.33304 of 2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
