THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.2863 of 2018 Order:

In spite of issuing notice before admission on 31.01.2018, there is no response from the respondents. Since the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is innocuous, this Court is constrained to dispose of the Writ Petition on the basis of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition.

It is the case of the petitioner that the fourth respondent allotted an extent of Ac.5-00 of agricultural land, situated in Survey No.368/33 of Venkatapur village, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District, to him on 26.03.1995 and a supplementary sethwar was also issued by the Deputy Director, Survey and Land Records of the then Warangal District. The petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of the said property since then. The name of the petitioner was reflected in the revenue records also. He availed crop loan from Kakatiya Grameena Bank and they insisted for latest Pahanies. Then, the petitioner submitted an application on 01.11.2017. Though the same was acknowledged by the third respondent and a copy of the same was also addressed to the fourth respondent, when the respondents 3 and 4 did not respond, the present Writ Petition is filed.

The competent authority for issuance of copies of revenue records is the fourth respondent and, in the circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 01.11.2017 and issue latest Pahanies in respect of the above land, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
