When the matter is called, it is submitted by Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, that the permit granted in favour of respondent No.9 on 20.08.2016 has been cancelled on 02.08.2017 by respondent No.2- Municipal Corporation.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
