THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos. 3335, 3340, 3342, 3345 AND 3351 of 2019, COMMON ORDER:

When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.3188 of 2019 and batch dated 10.06.2019, and contended that the present writ petitions also be allowed in terms of the said order.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed about the above submission.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the common order dated 10.06.2019 in W.P.Nos.3188 of 2019 and batch, the impugned rejection orders are set aside and the writ petitions are allowed. The respondents are directed to continue the petitioners as Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors with all consequential benefits. No order as to costs.
