When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the in pursuance to the interim orders passed by this Court on 17-02-2021, the case of the petitioner was considered by the respondents and the same was rejected by proceedings dt.15-03-2021. In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the rejection orders in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, since the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the rejection orders dt.15-03-2021. No costs.
