Sri B.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel on caveat for the respondent bank, was also heard.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
