HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.19325 of 2009 ORDER:

The petitioner claims regularization of the land in his possession, of an extent of 600 sq. yards in Survey No.19/2, Patta No.1111, situated at Ward No.23, Visakhapatnam. By way of interim relief, the petitioner sought a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 08.04.2009 for regularization of his land. The respondents are said to have passed an order on 30.09.2010 rejecting the petitioner's request for regularization.

Any grievance which the petitioner may have against the order of rejection can only be agitated in independent legal proceedings. It is evident that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
