ORDER:

This criminal petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.118 of 2018 of Koheer Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 IPC and under Section 3(2XV) of SCs & STs (POA) (Amendment) Act, 2015 and under Section 3(a) & a of POCSO Acl,2012, seeking bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Al and learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material on record.

The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the petitioneriAl had sexually exploited the victim under the pretext of love and promise to marry, and later refused to marry her by abusing in filthy language in the name of her caste. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and as the petitioner is in jail since 21.'12.2018,1 am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A1 subject to certain conditions. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Al shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Zaheerabad, Medak District. Further, the petitioner/A1 shall report before the Station House Officer concerned on every Sunday between 09.00 AM and 10.00 AM, for a period of eight weeks or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier.
