Learned counsel for petitioners seek to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings to contest D.V.C.No.19 of 2016 on the file of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (Mobile Court), Ananthapur filed by 3rd respondent against petitioners.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
