This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed assailing the docket order dated 23.08.2013 of the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, passed in IA.no.928 of 2013 in OS.no.1437 of 2013 filed by the petitioners-plaintiffs under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, requesting to grant ad-interim injunction restraining the respondents 6 to 20, their men, agent, GPA, anybody calling on their behalf from alienating or creating any lien over the schedule property. 2.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer cause list, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 17.08.2015. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
