Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to question the order dated 17.11.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent cancelling D Form patta granted in favour of the petitioners. Reserving the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
