This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in disposing the representation made by the petitioner dated 27-12-2019 for conducting survey and fixing the boundary stones to the land admeasuring Ac.2-23 guntas in Sy.No.351 situated at Bomraaspet Village, Medchal Taluq, Ranga Reddy District.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the lis in the writ petition is covered by common order of this Court passed in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-042016. In view of the same, the writ petition is also disposed of in terms of aforesaid order in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-04-2016. No costs.
