Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

2. The petitioner filed an appeal on 01-12-2015 challenging the endorsement dt.03-10-2015 under Reference No.443/2015/A of the 3rd respondent.

3. The petitioner contends that the said appeal is not even numbered by the 2nd respondent till date and the stay application filed therein is also not considered till date.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will number the said appeal and decide the same within four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to number the appeal filed by petitioner and decide the same within four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending disposal of the said appeal, all further proceedings pursuant to the order of the 3rd respondent in Reference No.443/2015/A dt.03-10-2015

shall stand stayed.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
