The case of the petitioner is that her father purchased the land to an extent of Ac.4-80 cents forming part of Sy.No.168/A and 2-80 cents forming part of Sy.No.174/B situated at Peddakothiliki Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnool District from one Modin Saab under registered sale deed. After demise of her father, the mother of the petitioner executed registered gift settlement deed for an extent of Ac 4-80 cents in Sy.No.168/1 (old Sy.No.168/A) of Peddakothiliki Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnool District. Basing on the same, the petitioner was issued title deeds and her name was entered in the revenue records. The petitioner made application on 24-10-2016 before the 4th respondent for issuance of details of adangals in respect of subject land for the year 2014-15 and 2015-16 and the same is pending. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent in disposing of the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 24-10-2016 and pass orders in accordance with law and thereafter take action within a

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
