In view of 7-Judges Constitutional Bench Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in L. CHANDRA KUMAR v. UNION OF INDIA1, since the petitioner has an adequate alternative remedy before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, for redressal of his grievance.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
