Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that during pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.

Since the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
