Heard Sri P.Sridhar Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests for the State of Telangana appearing for the respondent.

2. This contempt case is filed to punish the respondent under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for his willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.6792 of 2015 in W.P.No.5098 of 2015, dated 25-3-2015.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent. The respondent, who is the 3rd respondent in the writ petition, passed the following order: "File is transferred to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Andhra Pradesh with a request to take necessary action as per the interim orders of this Court."

Therefore, the contempt case is closed. The applications, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed. ___________________ R.KANTHA RAO, J.
