THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2948 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana).

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 31.01.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nizamabad Rural Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it is stated that the police have registered Cr.No.22/2018 under Sections 385 and 506 r/w 34 IPC on 31.01.2018.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
