Sri Ch.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, would submit that it would suffice if the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent-writ petitioner is recorded and the writ appeal is disposed of.

Recording the submission of the Sri A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for the respondent-writ petitioner, that the cause in the writ appeal does not survive, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
