This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A3, in Crime No.12 of 2018 on the file of Punjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 324, 420, 448 and 506 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The counsel for the petitioner fairly brings to the notice of this Court that by virtue of the order of this court in Crl.P.No.506 of 2018, dated 25.01.2018, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail, was dismissed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

In view of the above, this petition cannot be entertained. 5.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering himself before the court below.

The court below shall dispose of the bail application, on merits, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
