The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of making appropriate application under Form 6-A on 01-02-2015 seeking pattadar pass books and title deeds with respect of the land admeasuring Ac.15-25 gts., in Sy.No.266/7/37 situated at Mallepalli-Chintagurthi Village, Khammam Urban Mandal and District, the 3rd respondent has not considered his request and has not passed any orders so far.

Since the petitioner's application is pending from 01-02-2015, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
