HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20657 OF 2002 O R D E R :

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 16.07.1999, passed by this Court in WP.No.16523 of 1993 reported in Pippalla Surya Bhagavan v. Member Secretary, APSEB, Hyderabad and others [1]. Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has not disputed the same.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 16.07.1999 passed in WP.No.16523 of 1993. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
