THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18384 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a Writ or any other order or direction particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 4 against the 5th respondent in undertaking unauthorized construction and also converting the building for using the same for commercial purposes as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the provisions of the GHMC Act and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct the official respondents herein to consider the representation, dated 22.04.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the official respondents are hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 22.04.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
