Heard.

Grievance of the petitioners is that their application filed for reopening and giving opportunity of hearing case No.B/355/2012 before the 2nd respondent is not being considered.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that an application for grant of occupancy rights certificate filed by the 3rd respondent herein under the A.P. (Telangana Area) Inam Abolition Act, 1955, was disposed of on 21.12.2012 after due enquiry. Against the said order, the aggrieved parties have filed an appeal before the Joint Collector, Mahabubnagar vide file No.F2/13/2013 and the same was dismissed on 30.11.2013. Aggrieved thereby, one of the aggrieved parties have preferred W.P.No.37318 of 2013 and the miscellaneous application W.P.M.P.No.46433 of 2013 filed therein was also dismissed by this Court on 19.12.2013. Thereafter, the petitioners filed an application to reopen and rehear case No.B/355/2012 since the order, dated 21.12.

2012, of the Revenue Divisional Officer was already confirmed in appeal by the learned Joint Collector. But, the petitioners' application was closed on 11.09.2015 vide file No.B/2379/2014. In view of the above, nothing further survives in the writ petition as the petitioners' application seeking to reopen the occupancy rights case filed by the 3rd respondent was already closed and a copy of the said endorsement has also been served on the counsel for the petitioners while hearing of this writ petition by learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of that it is open for the petitioners to take appropriate further steps while initiating the legal proceedings, if any, if he is aggrieved by the said endorsement. The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
