This petition is filed, by the petitioner/accused No.2, under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in POCSO S.C.No.185 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
