THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.27257 of 2006 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed to declare the Lr.No.B1/182/2006 dt.11.12.2006 issued by the 4th respondent and also G.O.Ms.No.23 Women Development Child Welfare and Disabled Welfare (Estt) Department dt.4.8.2001 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 19 of the Constitution of India.

When the matter is taken up, Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court the petitioner was continued as Anganwadi worker and also completed her tenure and therefore submits that the cause in this writ petition does not survive. 3.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
