Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents and perused the material available on record. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents herein on 29.11.2017 but no action has been taken by the respondents so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.3 herein to verify the said representation and to take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending before respondent No.3, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed strictly in accordance with law. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent No.3 to verify the representation, dated 29.11.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
