The petitioner's grievance is that she had applied on 07.09.2015 in Mee Seva for issuance of e-passbook in respect of her land; and that the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondents, states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's application and take appropriate action within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 3.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.07.09.2015 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.
