wp_21017_2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to produce Smt. Apsar Jaha, the sister of the petitioner, and Ifra, her minor daughter, aged 6 years, before the Court. 2.

At the hearing, Sri M.Ram Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have taken the aforementioned persons from the custody of respondent No. 4 and handed over them to the mother of the petitioner and that in view of this subsequent event, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.
