HCJ&AAR,J W.P.No.3411 of 2020 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Aggrieved by the dismissal of his O.A.No.469 of 2014 by order dated 24.12.2019, in terms of the order dated 26.06.2019 passed in O.A.No.391 of by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, the petitioner has filed this present writ petition.

Since the writ petition, namely W.P.No.3405 of 2020, filed against the order dated 26.06.2019 passed in O.A.No.391 of 2018, has been dismissed by this Court, by order dated 28.02.2020, the present Writ Petition also stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
