THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.989 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.500 of 2018 of Moinabad Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 427 and 506 of IPC.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet before the XVI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, and the same was numbered as C.C.No.338 of 2019.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
