Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
