HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Writ Appeal No.1180 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Heard Sri T.N.M.Ranga Rao, Learned Counsel for the appellants, and the Learned Government Pleader for Assignment (A.P).

This Appeal, under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, is preferred against the order passed by the Learned Single Judge in W.P.No.31049 of 2016 dated 14.10.2016 dismissing the Writ Petition on the ground that no Adangals or Pahanies were filed to show the name of the petitioner or his father over the subject property. In an earlier Writ Petition filed by the petitioner, in W.P.No.18160 of 2016, the Learned Single Judge, by his order dated 10.06.2016, had permitted the petitioner to submit an application in Form VI-A along with the relevant documents, and had directed the Tahsildar, Mangalagiri Mandal to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the application from the petitioner. It is not in dispute, and the Learned Government Pleader for Assignment would fairly state, that the said application is still pending. He would, however, contend that all the documents submitted by the petitioners are forged and fabricated; and the appellants-writ petitioners are seeking to grab precious government poramboke land.

It is wholly unnecessary for us to examine the submissions in this regard, as it is not in dispute that the application of the appellants-writ petitioners, for grant of pattadar passbook, is still

pending consideration before the Tahsildar, Mangalagiri Mandal. Suffice it to dispose of this appeal directing the respondents not to allot the subject land, in an extent of Ac.3.50 cents in R.S.No.392 of Atmakur Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, to any person till the application filed in Form VI-A, by the appellants-writ petitioners, is disposed of by the Tahsildar in accordance with law.

The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
