O R D E R

The case of petitioner is that her name was mutated in the revenue records and she was also issued with pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property, and that when she made application dated 23.07.2019 to the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Matampalli Mandal, Suryapet District, for issuance of new e-pattdar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property, the same has not been considered. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the application stated to have been made by the petitioner on 23.07.2019 in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
