B/o lur I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 10 days in resubmitting the relaxation petition being Crl.P.(Sr) No.19066 of 2025.

Heard Sri P.Devender, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

In view of the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit, this IA is allowed.

_________ JSR, J I.A.No.2 of 2025 This application is filed seeking relaxation of Condition (iii) imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail to petitioners No.2 to vide order dated 11.02.2025 in Crl.P.No.1561 of 2025 insofar as petitioners No.3 and 5 viz.,

Channaboina Lakshmi and Ettaveni Ramya.

Petitioners have also sought for correction of the name of the Police Station i.e., 'Central Crime Police Station, Hyderabad', as mentioned in Condition (i) as 'Regonda Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District."

Heard Sri P.Devender, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

Condition (i) and Condition (iii) of the order dated 11.02.2025, read as under:

"(i) The petitioner Nos.2 to 6 shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Central Crime Police Station, Hyderabad, within two weeks from today and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release them on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, for the like sum each.

(iii) The petitioner Nos.2 to 6 shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and

thereafter, as and when required."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.3 is suffering with health problems and the Doctors advised her to take bed rest and petitioner No.5 is a pregnant women and therefore, their presence may be dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in the bail application, the petitioners have mentioned the name of the Police Station as 'Station House Officer, Regonda Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District', but this Court directed the petitioners to surrender before the 'Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad'. Unless the same is corrected, the petitioners will be put to irreparable loss and grave hardship.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

In view of the above, Condition (i) as well as Condition (iii) of the order dated 11.02.2025 are modified as under:

"(i) Petitioners No.2 to 6 shall surrender before the Station House Officer,

Regonda Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District on or before 10.04.2025 and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release them on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, for the likesum each.

(iii) Only petitioners No.1, 2, 4 and 6 shall appear before the concerned investigating officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required.

However, the appearance of petitioners No.3 and 5 is dispensed with."

Accordingly, I.A.No.2 of 2025 is disposed of.

Registry is directed to issue the corrected order.
