THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.637 OF 2017 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed in W.V.M.P.No.996 of 2016 in W.P.No.5024 of 2016, dated 29.09.2016.

The petitioners were initially reinstated on 28.09.2016, but later on their services were not continued after 28.02.2017. The reason for noncontinuance was stated that due to inadvertence and understanding that there was no need to continue the post of Community Organiser. Though the facts stated in the affidavit are found to be incorrect, in view of the notice issued by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reply given by the contemnor and also in view of the continuance of the petitioners from 25.04.2017, this Court wants to close the contempt cases with warning to the contemnor to be careful in future while dealing with the matters of the Court.

The contempt case is closed in view of the apology tendered and continuance of the petitioner.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
