It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents are not granting police protection to the petitioner relating to the land admeasuring Ac.30-00 in Sy.No.109/A situated at Pasaranagaram Village, Jayashanker Bhupalapally District inspite of the injunction granted by this Court in WP.No.26591 of 2017, dated 29-08-2017.

Today the connected WP.No.26591 of 2017 is allowed and the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the suit in OS No.420 of 2015, in accordance with law. The 1st respondent is also directed to dispose of the application filed for injunction therein as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since there was no interim order, granting police protection all through and grant of same does not arise when WP.No.26951 of 2017 is disposed of.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to seek relief of injunction in the above suit to be decided by the 1st respondent in WP.No.26591 of 2017.
