Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition and to that effect learned counsel has made an endorsement on the file.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
