HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENTVAS RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.686 of 2O11 ORDER:
The contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondents under Sections 1O to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 197 l, for deliberate and willful disobedience in implementing the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20226 of 2010, dated 17.08.2010.

Heard Sri S.Swetha, learned counsel representing Sri S.Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.I to 4.

This Court by order dated 17.08.201O passed interim order directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the land admeasuring Acs.2-36 guntas covered by Survey No.68/52/ I of Khanapur village, Adilabad Mandal and District. 4.
Respondent No. I filed counter affidavit, wherein, at paragraph No. 1O it has been specifically stated that, respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are not interfering with the land of
I petitioner in Survey No.68/52/1 to ar extent of Acs.2-36 guntas of Khanapur Village, Adilabad Mandal and District, and they have not violated the order passed by this Court dated 17.08.2010.

In view of the specific averments made by respondent No.1, no further adjudication is required 6.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
